Synexa Life Sciences Acquires Alderley Analytical Ltd to Enhance Bioanalytical Services

Synexa Life Sciences, a specialist in biomarker and bioanalysis services, has announced the acquisition of Alderley Analytical Ltd, an independent Contract Research Organisation (CRO). The acquisition took place recently, with Alderley Analytical now operating from its state-of-the-art GLP/GCP-accredited laboratory near Manchester.

Alderley Analytical’s services complement those of Synexa, particularly in the areas of biomarker and bioanalytical assays, including DNA, RNA, protein, cell, and tissue analysis. The firm is known for its expertise in mass spectrometry and ligand binding assays, which support various drug development stages, from discovery to clinical trials for both small and large molecules.
