Cold Chain Technologies Acquires Tower Cold Chain in Global Expansion

• Cold Chain Technologies has acquired Tower Cold Chain, a global provider of reusable temperature-controlled containers for life sciences products.

• The acquisition strengthens CCT’s position in global temperature-controlled packaging solutions, enhancing product offerings and geographical reach.

Cold Chain Technologies (CCT) has announced the acquisition of Tower Cold Chain, a UK-based provider of passive reusable cold chain solutions for temperature-sensitive life sciences products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999, Tower Cold Chain designs and manufactures advanced reusable temperature-controlled containers, supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences customers from over 20 service hubs worldwide.
