Pluri Advances Cellav Commercial Launch With Two U.S.-Listed Aesthetic Products

COMPANY PROFILE
  • Pluri’s subsidiary Cellav Health and Aesthetics has completed development and U.S. cosmetic product listings for Regenativo+ and Placento+, enabling commercial launch in the United States.
  • Cellav is pursuing commercial discussions with distributors, clinic networks, and strategic partners across the United States, United Kingdom, and other international markets.

Pluri Inc. has announced that its consumer health and aesthetics subsidiary, Cellav Health and Aesthetics Ltd., has completed the development and U.S. cosmetic product listings of its regenerative aesthetic products Regenativo+ and Placento+. The milestone clears the way for the products’ commercial launch in the United States under the U.S. cosmetic framework and applicable FDA regulations.

The products are designed for professional topical use following aesthetic procedures and are supplied in Cellav’s DUO format, which combines a vial of lyophilized powder with a booster vial. Regenativo+ is a plant-derived treatment, while Placento+ is a placenta-derived formulation.

According to the company, clinical studies of the products’ ingredients demonstrated statistically significant improvements in several skin-related measures. The company reported improvements in skin distensibility, elasticity, firmness, skin-fatigue index, vascular tone, and brown discoloration, while noting that the tested ingredients were well tolerated and no clinically meaningful adverse events were reported.

“With the U.S. commercial launch and its professional portfolio now listed under the U.S. cosmetic framework and pursuant to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulation, Cellav is in active discussions with U.S. distributors, clinic networks and advancing commercial discussions with strategic partners across the United States, United Kingdom and additional international markets,” the company stated.

Cellav said it is focused on securing initial commercial orders, expanding adoption among licensed aesthetic professionals, and building a commercial platform to support future growth in regenerative aesthetics and longevity-focused consumer health products.
