Tomas Golubevas posted an update in the group Indirect
Does anyone have any recommended suppliers for
1. Travel and expenses supplier for our company employees (circa 500 staff)
2. P-Card/V-Card supplier with their own expenses software, to replace our company credit cards. (circa 500 staff)🔎

Tomas: Concur for T&E is industry standard and flexible.

I used SAP concur before at a prior company, really not that great. Looking for anything like Pleo

Hi Tomas, on question 1, what does it need to integrate with?
I’ve used Concur (now part of SAP) and Egencia and they are both fairly comprehensive.
This might be useful… it’s some pointers if you’re running an RFPs for Travel Management software
https://good-travel.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Good-Travel-SME-Guide-to-Procuring-a-Travel-Management-Service-2021.pptx-
Concur isn’t very good and Egencia we are currently using but their service levels are so poor that we’re looking to move on. Anything else in that area that is taking off like Pleo?

Pleo is supposed to be great, but I think it’d need to integrate with someone like Travel Perk to give the full travel management
https://www.pleo.io/en/integrations/travelperkI absolutely love using Expensify to manage expenses. You can download it for free to start using it to scan receipts etc. For me, it’s the most usable tool out there, but again won’t have full travel management.
I’ll see if I can find anything else!

Happy to layer on API’s to get the best out of any innovative T&E management software

Have you looked at Navan (formerly TripAction)?
Does both travel + expenses in one, ranked #1 Travel Management on G2, integrates with Dynamics… worth a demo, I’d say!
