Can you tell us a little about your background and how you came to join our company?
I am Shreya Bhattacharjee, who is originally from West Bengal.” I have completed my Btech in Biotechnology. Well, since my college days, the pharma industry has been one of those industries that has always caught up my attention, and I have always been up to date with it.
What is your role at the company, and what are your main responsibilities?
I am a Buisness Development Executive. My major role in the team is to find out data as a driving force for our team to work upon. Research is a very big part of my role that also includes collaborating with other industry people to set up further meetings.
How would you describe the company culture here?
The company culture over here is actually quite motivating. Luke and Chris are some of the sweetest people, and they have been nothing but nice to me. In fact, within the team also everyone shares a very great bond. We understand helping each other to pull through tasks one by one and in the end we all give our best.
Can you share a memorable experience you’ve had while working here?
One of the best memories I have had while working here has to be when I was working for our event and seeing it all unfold in front of my eyes was so satisfying. We often work for that one moment of satisfaction and one moment of joy, and this was that for me. I remember logging out that day with a lot of satisfaction in my heart.
What do you like about working in the life sciences industry?
The life sciences industry is just one of those industries that has quite an interesting charm. At the end of the day, somewhere we are all working for that one cause” Safeguarding human life,” and that is pretty much quite notable for me to contribute in such a way.
What’s a fun fact about you that not many people know?
Not everyone knows this, but I’m a super quick learner—once, I learned how to solve a Rubik’s cube while waiting for my food to be delivered!
