The company operates a state-of-the-art facility, previously owned by Bristol Myers Squibb, located in Syracuse, New York, which offers drug substance manufacturing with a substantial production capacity of 35,000L across its bioreactors. This site is fully GMP-compliant, with capabilities for both clinical and commercial-scale operations. Lotte Biologics is also expanding rapidly, with plans to establish multiple "mega plants" in South Korea by 2030, further enhancing its capacity to meet the growing global demand for biologics.
