Genezen and CSL Announce Partnership for Scaling Lentivirus Production

• Genezen the Cell and Gene Therapy CDMO has entered into a licensing agreement with CSL for their proprietary Cytegrity™ stable production system.

• This partnership aims to enhance the production of lentiviral vectors (LVVs), offering scalable and cost-effective generation.

Genezen, a prominent player in the cell and gene therapy Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) sector, announced today that it has licensed the Cytegrity™ proprietary stable production system from biotechnology leader CSL. 

The Cytegrity™ system is an advanced inducible stable producer technology designed specifically for the production of lentiviral vectors (LVVs). This cutting-edge technology enables scalable and cost-effective generation of LVVs at clinically effective titers for both gene and cell therapies.
