BioThrust is a bioprocess start-up from Germany. We offer innovative bioreactors, bioreactor aeration systems and bioreactor stirrers. Particularly disruptive is our Membrane Stirrer which for the world’s first time enables a bubble-free aeration of bioreactors with sufficient gas entry. Pilot runs with this system increased the cell culture yield by nearly 200%. We also offer a micro sparger with gas transfer rates 50-150% above the rates of conventional spargers. All products can easily be retrofitted into existing bioreactors but will also come as single-use products.
