Mipharm

Mipharm was founded by a group of ex managers coming from Novartis by mean of a spin-off of the manufacturing site located in Milan, Via Quaranta, previously owned by Sandoz. In December 2016, Mandarin Capital Partners II acquired the majority stake in Mipharm share capital.
