PCI to Construct State-of-the-Art Facility in CityNorth Business Campus

• PCI Pharma Services has signed a 25-year lease for a new facility at CityNorth Business Campus, Co. Meath, Ireland.

• The facility will add 82,000 square feet of production space, focusing on eco-friendly construction with LEED Gold certification.

PCI Pharma Services, a pharmaceutical CDMO, has announced a 25-year lease agreement to construct a new industrial facility at CityNorth Business Campus in Stamullen, Co. Meath, Ireland. This development, strategically located with direct access to the M1 motorway, will bolster PCI’s growth in the region by providing an additional 82,000 square feet of production and services space.

The new facility, which is set to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, will complement PCI’s existing 45,000 square foot plant. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility aims to achieve LEED Gold certification and A3 BER rating, and will include features like rainwater harvesting. This aligns with PCI’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.
