Rhenopharma Group has acquired Konapharma AG, a Swiss contract manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry. This strategic acquisition strengthens Rhenopharma’s global position as a provider of integrated pharmaceutical services.
Konapharma now joins the group of companies that includes packaging company Allpack and Rhenochem. Christoph Staub, the former CEO of Allpack Group AG, will assume operational management of both Allpack and Konapharma.
