Access to Advanced Health Institute (AAHI) has announced a partnership with Quratis, designating the biotechnology firm and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) as its preferred manufacturer for vaccine supplies. Quratis will provide pre-clinical and clinical-grade production, with the potential to expand to commercial-scale manufacturing.
The collaboration is intended to support AAHI’s vaccine programmes, including candidates for tuberculosis, malaria, HIV and other infectious diseases. It will also advance technologies such as dry vaccine formulations and needle-free delivery systems, which aim to improve global access by reducing cold chain and logistical challenges.
Quratis brings GMP-certified facilities and CDMO expertise across raw material development, process optimisation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The partnership is designed to create a reliable supply chain platform to speed clinical development and deployment in vulnerable populations.

The agreement builds on existing joint projects, including the ID93+GLA-SE tuberculosis vaccine candidate (QTP101). Both organisations highlighted their shared goal of strengthening international vaccine supply chains and supporting equitable access to life-saving technologies.
