- Experic has appointed Jeffrey Shane as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
- Shane brings nearly 30 years of biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including leadership at Harro Höfliger and seven years on Experic’s board.

Experic, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and clinical trial supply services company, has appointed Jeffrey Shane as Chief Commercial Officer.
Shane has nearly three decades of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. He previously served as President of Harro Höfliger, a global equipment manufacturer and long-standing strategic partner to Experic. He has also been a member of Experic’s Board of Directors since the company’s launch in 2018.
David Wood, Chairman and CEO of Experic, said: “His distinguished career at Harro Höfliger, combined with his seven years of board service at Experic, uniquely position him to lead our commercial team and support our growth.”
At Harro Höfliger, Shane oversaw the expansion of services beyond equipment, establishing the company’s Pharma Services Division to support clients from development through commercialisation. This strategic direction also inspired the creation of Experic, highlighting the close ties between the two organisations.
Experic continues to leverage its partnership with Harro Höfliger to bring advanced capsule filling, inhalation drug development, and packaging technologies to its New Jersey facility. The company said these capabilities provide flexible and scalable solutions for its biopharmaceutical customers.
