Sterling Pharma Solutions Appoints Karl Rotthier as CEO

  • Sterling Pharma Solutions has appointed Karl Rotthier as Chief Executive Officer, effective 21 October 2025, succeeding retiring CEO Kevin Cook.
  • Rotthier will oversee the company’s global operations and continue investment in its antibody-drug conjugate business.

Sterling Pharma Solutions, a global CDMO, has announced the appointment of Karl Rotthier as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 21 October 2025. Rotthier succeeds Kevin Cook, who has led the company since 2013 and will support the transition until 31 October 2025.

Rotthier will lead Sterling’s global operations, focusing on commercial growth, operational efficiency, and strategic investment, including its antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) business.
