INCOG BioPharma Services, a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), has announced a significant expansion in its production capacity. The company has added an impressive 100 million units to its syringe and cartridge capacity.
The upcoming summer will see the delivery of a second filling line on-site, which is set to be qualified for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) production by the second quarter of 2025. This addition will serve as a complement to INCOG’s existing multi-purpose filling line, thereby escalating the company’s overall filling capacity to an impressive 140 million units annually.
Moreover, INCOG has recently enhanced its capabilities by incorporating automated visual inspection systems. The company is also on the verge of completing the qualification process for equipment that will facilitate auto-injector device assembly services. These advancements in equipment and capabilities are paving the way for INCOG to offer high-capacity sterile injectable manufacturing.
