How the meetings programme works
Here is what Buyers should expect from the CDMO Live meeting programmes:
1. Buyers need to register for the event and fill out a short profile that specifies your business objectives and interests. Registration is free of charge for professionals with outsourcing responsibility.
2. Our concierge team will review your profile and verify your eligibility as a hosted buyer. You will receive a confirmation email once you are accepted, with some follow-up questions to help us to build a personalised agenda for you.
3. A week before the event begins you will be given access to the PartnerMatch online platform to review the meetings proposed for you and request meetings with the CDMOs that you are interested in.
4. On the day of the event, you can log in to the online platform and join the meetings that you have confirmed. You can also attend the educational sessions and networking events that are part of the event agenda.
5. Post event you can follow up with the CDMOs that you have met, and provide feedback to the event organizer.
Rules for CDMO Live
Participants are expected to follow some rules to ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone involved:
- Please respond to our concierge team in advance of the event so we have up-to-date information about you and your requirements
- You must commit to attend a minimum number of meetings with CDMOs, as specified by the event organizer and show up to meeting.
- All meeting participants agree to our terms of confidentiality, with everything shared in meetings covered by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- You must give at least 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation, as the CDMOs have made themselves available for these meetings.
- If you are unable to attend a meeting for whatever reason, we will work with you to reschedule it for a mutually acceptable time within 30 days of the event taking place.
