McKinsey’s latest benchmarking data highlights that those judged to be ‘leaders’ in procurement, have 40% higher maturity when compared to those in the middle of the pack.
The analysis suggests that companies with top-quartile procurement maturity have EBITDA margins at least five percentage points higher than their less mature peers.
