1Q Health Group has acquired EHF Production, a Netherlands-based contract manufacturer specializing in dietary supplements. The acquisition adds 63 employees to the group and expands its presence in the European health and wellness sector.
EHF Production has more than 25 years of experience in developing and manufacturing supplements. The company provides services ranging from formulation to finished product delivery. Following the transaction, EHF Production will continue to operate independently while benefiting from the broader group’s resources.
The acquisition aligns with 1Q Health Group’s strategy to build an integrated CDMO platform offering end-to-end contract manufacturing services for supplement brands across Europe. By incorporating EHF Production’s capabilities, the group is expanding its service portfolio and geographic reach.
