Artis BioSolutions has rebranded Landmark Bio and Syngoi Technologies under a single corporate identity, bringing together the companies’ U.S. and European operations into an integrated platform for the development and manufacturing of genetic medicines. The combined organization links Landmark Bio’s development and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing capabilities with Syngoi’s enzymatic synthetic DNA technology.
According to the company, the integrated platform is designed to connect synthetic DNA production with process development, analytics, and GMP manufacturing under one organization. Artis said the approach is intended to reduce developers’ reliance on fragmented supply chains, traditional plasmid DNA, and multiple vendors. The platform supports customers from synthetic DNA starting material through development and manufacturing, providing an integrated solution for advanced therapy developers.

Artis BioSolutions said it was formed through the acquisition and integration of established businesses and now operates facilities in the United States and Europe. The company noted that Landmark Bio received an award of up to $18.3 million from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health in April for the TRANSFORM EV project, which is focused on scalable continuous manufacturing methods for extracellular vesicle therapies.
The company also said it has expanded synthetic DNA manufacturing at its U.S. production facility and is growing its commercial organization. Artis stated that its integrated platform is designed to support cell and gene therapies, mRNA medicines, delivery systems, and other advanced therapeutic technologies from gene design through GMP manufacturing, providing an end-to-end solution for developers in the advanced therapies sector.
