The companies said no additional details of the agreement will be disclosed.
The investment supports Bachem’s ongoing expansion of its manufacturing network to meet demand for peptide active pharmaceutical ingredients. The company said long-term supply agreements provide planning certainty while supporting reliable supply for customers and patients. As a CDMO, Bachem provides contract manufacturing services for peptide and oligonucleotide products.

The company said the agreement strengthens its planning security beyond 2030 and supports coordinated investment across its manufacturing network, including the new Sisslerfeld site. Bachem is expanding capacity across facilities designed for high-volume production of peptides and oligonucleotides.
Bachem’s global manufacturing network includes sites in Bubendorf, Sisslerfeld and Vionnaz in Switzerland, Vista and Torrance in the United States, and St. Helens in the United Kingdom.
