Bora Complete Acquisition of Upsher-Smith to Expand US Coverage

Bora Pharmaceuticals has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC a generics manufacturer based in Minnesota, U.S.

Through this acquisition, Bora significantly expands its capability to serve U.S. customers.

Upsher-Smith now stands as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bora Group.  Bobby Sheng, Chairman and CEO of Bora Group, will immediately assume the role of Chairman for Upsher-Smith. Meanwhile, Rich Fisher, COO & President of Upsher-Smith, will continue to lead operations for the business, reporting directly to Mr. Sheng.
