Bora Pharmaceuticals Extends Collaboration with GSK Through 2030

Bora Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. has signed a strategic agreement with GSK to renew a five-year manufacturing partnership. Bora purchased GSK’s Mississauga facility in 2020. The renewed agreement expands the collaboration and provides GSK access to multiple sites within Bora’s network, including its oral solid dose (OSD) site in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

GSK is the largest pharmaceutical partner at Bora’s Mississauga facility. The site provides end-to-end manufacturing services for more than 20 commercial product lines and over 335 individual products. These medicines address indications including HIV, malaria, pneumonia, parasitic infections, depression, migraine, acne, eczema, and psoriasis. GSK will continue to use Bora’s development teams and global commercial manufacturing infrastructure to maintain supply continuity.

Since joining Bora’s network in 2020, the Mississauga site has expanded its capabilities and client base. The facility supports 32 clients, has advanced 61 products, and has completed more than 400 project and development batches. The site provides cGMP manufacturing for drug programs worldwide as part of Bora’s broader CDMO and contract manufacturing platform.
