Integer Holdings Names COO Payman Khales as Next CEO

  • Joseph Dziedzic will retire as CEO and President of Integer Holdings Corporation on 24 October 2025; COO Payman Khales will assume the role.
  • Dziedzic will remain as an advisor until 31 March 2026 to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

Integer Holdings Corporation has announced a planned leadership transition, with President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Dziedzic set to retire effective 24 October 2025. Payman Khales, currently Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Dziedzic as CEO and join the company’s Board of Directors on the same date.

Dziedzic, who has led the medical device contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) since 2017, will continue to serve as an advisor to the company through to 31 March 2026 to support the transition. His tenure has been marked by a strategic pivot towards high-growth markets and operational improvements through the implementation of the Integer Production System.

Pamela G. Bailey, Chair of the Board, credited Dziedzic’s leadership with reshaping Integer’s business and accelerating growth: “Joe reshaped Integer’s business to focus on high growth markets that address unmet patient needs… Integer is delivering on its financial objectives of above market organic sales growth with expanding margins.”

Khales joined the company in 2018 and has served as President of the Cardio & Vascular business before becoming COO. During his time in leadership roles, he helped double sales in seven years, drive market expansion, and improve profitability. His new role will include overseeing Integer’s strategic direction as it continues to support global customers with advanced medical technologies.

The leadership change signals a continuation of Integer’s current strategic path, with Khales stating he is “honoured to be named the next CEO” and committed to building on the company’s momentum in delivering innovative solutions across the healthcare sector.
