Particle Dynamics, a global player in particle processing and delivery technologies, has announced the acquisition of EUROAPI UK Ltd., a company operating a GMP-compliant spray drying facility in Haverhill, United Kingdom. The move strengthens Particle Dynamics’ position as a global CDMO and enhances its capacity for clinical and commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The Haverhill site brings over 20 years of operational experience in spray drying, supported by a mature quality management system and a strong compliance history. The acquisition aligns with Particle Dynamics’ strategic aim to meet the industry’s rising need for enhanced solubility, bioavailability, and stability in drug products.
Commenting on the acquisition, Nicolas Fortin, CEO of Particle Dynamics, said: “The Haverhill site is a hidden gem; an exceptionally well-maintained facility with an experienced team in place, already delivering commercial-scale spray drying for more than two decades.
