Laurus Labs reported consolidated net profit of ₹361.99 crore (US$41.4 million) for the quarter ended June, more than doubling from the same period last year, as revenue from operations increased 29% year over year to ₹2,026.31 crore (US$231.6 million). He added that momentum continued across both the CDMO and affordable medicines businesses, with EBITDA margin improving to 31.8% due to higher capacity utilization and operating leverage.
