Made Scientific has officially opened its flagship Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing facility in Princeton, New Jersey. The opening ceremony, attended by industry leaders, government officials, and community stakeholders, included remarks, a ribbon-cutting, guided tours, and networking sessions.
The $12 million investment covers facility upgrades, new equipment, and business system enhancements. The site now includes five ISO 7 / Grade B cleanrooms, in-house quality control laboratories, and dedicated process and analytical development capabilities.
As part of its wider expansion strategy, Made Scientific has also announced an additional 12,000 square-foot GMP build-out. This new space will meet both U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and EU Annex 1 compliance standards, incorporating high-throughput and automated technologies for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Chairman and CEO Syed T. Husain said, “Today is more than a ribbon-cutting. It is a clear signal of our commitment to this incredible industry and to this region.”
The company stated that, alongside investments in infrastructure, it will continue to focus on strengthening its workforce, processes, and systems to support its mission to “Defy limits, deliver results.”
