The new block expands Neuland’s peptide manufacturing capacity to 7,000 L, with scalability up to 18,000 L. The company said the setup uses DCS automation and is designed as a multi-product, multi-modular manufacturing platform to support complex peptide therapeutics.
The expansion also adds scalable manufacturing infrastructure alongside integrated process and analytical support. According to Neuland, the new capabilities are intended to support clinical-to-commercial transitions and provide a pathway for long-term supply partnerships.
Neuland said the investment reflects its continued expansion of peptide capabilities and its focus on supporting customers globally across the peptide value chain. The company did not provide details in the announcement on the location or investment value of the new manufacturing block.
