- The move integrates capabilities across API, drug substance, drug product, and distribution into one CDMO offering.

Ofichem has unified its portfolio of brands under a single trading name, effective April 1, bringing together Ofichem BV, Ofipharma, Ofimedicine, Labatorium Ofichem, Ofichem Uppsala, and Avivia into one integrated structure.
The consolidation combines the company’s capabilities across active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), drug substance, drug product, and sourcing and distribution. The company stated that the unified structure is intended to simplify engagement for pharmaceutical and biotech customers seeking more comprehensive contract manufacturing and supply partners.
According to Ofichem, the move improves visibility into its end-to-end capabilities while maintaining its existing operational focus and service quality. The integration does not change how services are delivered but aims to provide a clearer, more streamlined offering to customers.
The company added that the new structure strengthens its position as a European-based CDMO, particularly in areas such as regulatory expertise, supply chain reliability, and collaboration with partners.
The reorganization reflects a broader industry focus on security and transparency, with Ofichem positioning its unified platform to support evolving customer requirements in contract manufacturing and pharmaceutical supply.
