- Antares Vision Group launches DIAMIND Sentry to manage traceability exceptions.
- Solution developed by rfxcel to help pharma companies with DSCSA compliance.
Antares Vision Group has introduced DIAMIND Sentry, a new solution to help pharmaceutical companies manage the growing number of exceptions resulting from traceability mandates. Developed by rfxcel, Antares Vision’s supply chain visibility unit, this platform aims to streamline regulatory compliance processes.
The implementation of widespread traceability regulations, such as the FDA’s Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), necessitates the electronic exchange of unit-level product data. This increase in information exchange among manufacturers, wholesalers, and dispensers has led to a rise in compliance exceptions, presenting industry-wide challenges.
DIAMIND Sentry addresses these obstacles by facilitating collaboration and ensuring seamless regulatory compliance. The cloud-based platform enables stakeholders to identify and resolve product data exchange errors efficiently. Importantly, it offers exception management capabilities without needing platform upgrades, allowing for rapid deployment.
“DIAMIND Sentry’s ability to evaluate inbound and outbound Electronic Product Code Information Services (EPCIS) files through multiple prechecks ensures they meet DSCSA standards,” said an Antares Vision spokesperson. “Files that fail any checks generate detailed validation reports, and depending on the error’s criticality, are either blocked, flagged for review, or sent back to partners for correction.”
Automated notifications and ticketing systems within DIAMIND Sentry facilitate the quick resolution of issues, allowing partners to respond directly via email to trigger automated responses and reprocessing. This system aims to streamline supply chain operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
