Plasmid DNA Services:
Molecular Cloning Service: Customized cloning solutions with a standard turnaround time of 14 days.
Mutagenesis Service: Includes PCR site-directed mutagenesis, random mutagenesis, and transposon mutagenesis, all completed within 7 to 14 days.
Library Construction Services: Custom library construction requests on DNA sequences where more precision and large sequence volume is required. Specific mutations can be achieved using oligonucleotide based, overlap extension PCR, or synthetic oligonucleotide techniques within 7 to 14 days.
Disease-Related and Mutant Clones: In-stock clones for to specific research needs.
Plasmid DNA Preparation and Purification Services: Including midiprep (100 μg) in 7 days, maxiprep (1-2 mg) in 14 days, and gigaprep large-scale volumes available upon request.
Viral Vector Packaging:
Adenovirus Packaging: Volumes ranging from 250 μl – 1 ml with titer levels of 10E11 GC/ml - 10E13 GC/ml within 7 – 28 days depending on volume and titration requirements.
AAV Packaging: Volumes ranging from 250 μl – 1 ml with titer levels of 10E11 IFU/ml - 10E12 IFU/ml within 7 – 28 days depending on volume and titration requirements.
