- Dr. Vijay Kaiwar has been appointed CEO-CDMO at Navin Moleculor, effective from 25 August 2025, formally assuming the role on 21 September 2025.

Navin Moleculor has appointed Dr. Vijay Kaiwar as CEO-CDMO, effective 25 August 2025, with the formal assumption of duties on 21 September 2025. Based at Dewas, he will report to Managing Director, Mr. Nitin Kulkarni.
Dr. Kaiwar brings more than three decades of experience in the CDMO and API sectors, with a track record spanning R&D, technology transfer, manufacturing, operations, projects, EHS, and commercial functions. His expertise covers small and large molecules, HPAPIs, ADCs, peptides, oligonucleotides, fermentation, and probiotics. He has also played a key role in building global partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
His career includes leadership positions at Anthem Biosciences, Sun Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Jubilant Organosys, and Atul Limited, where he contributed to innovation and operational scale-up. Dr. Kaiwar holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from IICT Hyderabad and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at King’s College, London. He is an established industry voice, having presented at global forums including CPhI, DCAT, and TIDES.
