Almac Group reported record financial results for the year ending 30 September 2025, with revenue rising to £1.1 billion and pre-tax profit increasing to £138.9 million. The company said revenue grew by £71.9 million, or 7%, compared with 2024, while profit increased 16% from £119.3 million in the previous year.

The company, which provides pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing services, also increased its global workforce by 6% during the year to more than 7,900 employees worldwide. Almac stated that these results represent the fifth year of its global capital investment program valued at more than £500 million, first announced in November 2021.

According to the company, the investment program includes expansion across diagnostic and pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, clinical production and distribution, commercial manufacturing and packaging, global cold-chain infrastructure, and analytical services. Almac also said the program supports campus improvements intended to enhance the working environment for employees.

During the financial year, Almac supported the development and commercial supply of drugs across more than 20 therapeutic areas, including oncology, cardiology, immunology, gene therapy, and neurology. The company stated that more than 2,000 employees have been added since the investment program began, with over half of the new roles created in Northern Ireland.

“These results reflect another successful year for Almac and demonstrate the resilience of our long-term growth strategy in a changing global environment.”
