BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. has announced a manufacturing arrangement with FUJIFILM Biotechnologies California to support the ongoing pivotal Phase 3 clinical development and potential future commercial supply of Bria-IMT, the company’s lead clinical candidate. FUJIFILM Biotechnologies California will provide CDMO and contract manufacturing services for the off-the-shelf allogeneic cell therapy.
Bria-IMT is currently being evaluated in a pivotal Phase 3 clinical trial in combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor for the treatment of advanced metastatic breast cancer. The study is registered under ClinicalTrials.gov identifier NCT06072612.

The manufacturing arrangement is intended to support both the ongoing Phase 3 clinical program and the potential future commercial supply of Bria-IMT should the therapy receive regulatory approval.
