Upperton has unveiled a new brand identity at CPHI Milan as it positions itself as a specialist, end-to-end contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on pharmaceutical development across oral, nasal, pulmonary and parenteral dosage forms. The rebrand reflects investments in infrastructure, scientific expertise and manufacturing capabilities.
The company said its transformation includes the development of its 60,000-square-foot Trent Gateway facility, expansion of its executive leadership team and the addition of sterile manufacturing capabilities alongside its existing oral, nasal and pulmonary drug product expertise. Upperton’s model brings formulation development, analytical science, clinical manufacturing and commercial-scale production together at a single site.
Upperton supports small molecule and biologics drug products throughout the development lifecycle. Its capabilities span oral solid dose, nasal, pulmonary and sterile drug products, providing customers with formulation and manufacturing expertise across multiple delivery routes through a single development and manufacturing partner.
