FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation has announced expanded leadership responsibilities for three executives within its Life Sciences Group as the company continues to develop its cell therapy and regenerative medicine businesses. The appointments affect FUJIFILM Biotechnologies California and FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, both of which operate within Fujifilm’s life sciences portfolio.

Tomoyuki Hasegawa has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of FUJIFILM Biotechnologies California, a CDMO focused on biologics and advanced therapies. The company also announced that Delara Motlagh, currently Chief Operating Officer of FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, will assume the additional role of President. Since joining the company in 2025, Motlagh has overseen business strategy and operations across the company’s discovery research and cell therapy CDMO units.
