- Mabion S.A. and KriSan Biotech have signed a Master Service Agreement to collaborate on the development and manufacturing of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
- The partnership combines KriSan Biotech’s expertise in payloads and linkers with Mabion’s biologics development, analytical services, and cGxP-compliant manufacturing capabilities to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers.
Mabion S.A. and Taiwan-based KriSan Biotech have signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to formalize their collaboration in the development and manufacturing of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The agreement was signed during BIO Asia-Taiwan 2026 and builds on a Letter of Intent signed in June 2026. Under the collaboration, the companies will jointly develop, offer, and deliver integrated services for pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers in the ADC market. The partnership expands Mabion’s CDMO and contract manufacturing capabilities in biologics.
Under the agreement, KriSan Biotech will contribute expertise in payloads, linkers, small molecules, and drug conjugates, while Mabion will provide biologics development, advanced analytical services, and cGxP-compliant manufacturing. The companies also plan to prepare coordinated proposals for ADC development programs, support external customer projects, and collaborate through mutual subcontracting and client referral arrangements.
The agreement supports Mabion’s 2025–2030 strategy to expand its services for innovative biologics, strengthen expertise in antibody-drug conjugates, and increase its presence in Asian and U.S. markets. For KriSan Biotech, the partnership provides access to the European market and an opportunity to broaden its international commercial reach. The agreement was signed during the Poland-Taiwan Biotechnology Forum in the presence of representatives from Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The companies said the collaboration reflects broader economic and technological cooperation between Poland and Taiwan in life sciences and advanced technologies. Mabion added that the agreement represents another step in its transition to a biologics-focused contract development and manufacturing organization, with capabilities spanning early-stage cell-line development, drug substance manufacturing, monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, and advanced analytical services.
