- Ratio Therapeutics has expanded its manufacturing collaboration with PharmaLogic to increase clinical supply capacity for its lead radiopharmaceutical candidate, [Ac-225]RTX-2358.

Ratio Therapeutics has expanded its manufacturing collaboration with PharmaLogic Holdings Corp. to support the continued clinical development and future commercialization readiness of its lead radiopharmaceutical therapeutic candidate, [Ac-225]RTX-2358. The expanded agreement is intended to increase manufacturing capacity and support ongoing and future clinical studies evaluating the therapy in fibroblast activation protein-alpha (FAP)-expressing tumors.
Under the agreement, PharmaLogic, a radiopharmaceutical-focused CDMO, will expand manufacturing of [Ac-225]RTX-2358 to its therapeutics facility in Idaho Falls. The companies will also work on production process enhancements aimed at enabling larger-scale multi-dose batch manufacturing for clinical supply.
The collaboration is designed to support ongoing studies as well as later-stage and potentially registrational clinical trials for [Ac-225]RTX-2358. Ratio said the expanded manufacturing network is intended to provide the infrastructure needed as the program advances through clinical development.

PharmaLogic said the addition of its Idaho Falls facility and process enhancements are intended to provide the manufacturing capacity, redundancy, and scalability needed as the program progresses toward commercialization. The expanded partnership builds on the companies’ existing relationship in radiopharmaceutical contract manufacturing and clinical supply support.
