- SteriPack has rebranded to Ensera, reflecting its evolution into a global partner in medical device and pharmaceutical contract manufacturing.
- The company’s design consultancies, HS Design and Kinneir Dufort, will now operate as Ensera Design, unifying design and manufacturing under one identity.

SteriPack, a global contract design and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, has announced a change in its trading name to Ensera. The rebrand marks a strategic evolution of the company’s identity and service offering, positioning it as a comprehensive partner for medical device design, manufacturing, assembly and pharmaceutical packaging.
The transition unifies the company’s design consultancies—HS Design in the US and Kinneir Dufort in the UK—under the single name Ensera Design, bringing together decades of experience in product development, human factors and design-for-manufacture.
“Changing our trading name to Ensera reflects our enhanced service offering, global reach and the broader, bolder role we play in today’s healthcare ecosystem.”
Jason Anderson, CEO of Ensera.
For more than three decades, the company has supported leading pharmaceutical and medical device clients with cleanroom manufacturing services. The rebrand responds to shifting industry demands such as decentralised care, the growth of biologics and biosimilars, and a greater emphasis on patient-centric design.
Ensera now offers integrated capabilities spanning design and product development, device component manufacturing, automated assembly, sterile and secondary packaging, and supply chain and regulatory support. Its facilities across the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia are being expanded to meet future demand.
Anderson added that the new structure will enable customers to overcome challenges related to supply chain agility, complex device manufacturing and customised assembly. “We’re not just solving design and manufacturing challenges, we’re helping shape the future of healthcare,” he said.
