TriLink and Quantoom Partner to Accelerate (sa)mRNA Drug Production

• TriLink BioTechnologies has signed a non-exclusive license and supply agreement with Quantoom Biosciences for use of its CleanCap® technology.

• The deal enables CleanCap integration into Quantoom’s Ntensify® platform for (sa)mRNA vaccine and therapeutic production.

TriLink BioTechnologies, a Maravai LifeSciences company, has entered into a non-exclusive license and supply agreement with Quantoom Biosciences to provide access to its CleanCap® mRNA capping technology. The agreement enables Quantoom to integrate CleanCap into its Ntensify® production platform for (sa)mRNA-based vaccines and therapeutics.

Under the deal, TriLink will supply its patented CleanCap reagents, known for producing optimal 5′ cap structures with over 95% efficiency. The co-transcriptional capping solution is designed to improve mRNA yield and reduce process times, benefiting developers using Quantoom’s RNA manufacturing platform through clinical development.

The partnership aims to support global health by enhancing the accessibility and scalability of RNA technologies. Quantoom’s Ntensify platform customers will be able to leverage TriLink’s capping solution in the development of their (sa)mRNA drugs.
