Vetter, a globally operating Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), has announced the appointment of three senior leaders to its management team. Effective January 1, 2025, Henryk Badack, Titus Ottinger, and Carsten Press will join existing managing directors Thomas Otto and Peter Soelkner.
The decision aligns with Vetter’s strategy to address increasing business demands and sustain long-term growth. Senator h.c. Udo J. Vetter, Chairman of the Advisory Board, commented, “By expanding the managing directors’ team, we are continuing the course for a sustainably successful future and further growth. Ultimately, we view this enhancement as a commitment to meeting the increasingly complex needs and expectations of our global customer base.”
Henryk Badack will oversee quality and development services, building on his tenure as Senior Vice President Technical Services and Internal Project Management. He has been with Vetter since 2003 and has led various initiatives, including sustainability projects.
Titus Ottinger, previously Senior Vice President Finance & Controlling, will head finance and risk management, while Carsten Press will manage supply chain and human resources, leveraging his experience as Senior Vice President Global Sales Organization & Supply Chain Management.
Thomas Otto and Peter Soelkner will continue their established leadership roles, focusing on production and corporate development, respectively. The expanded team reflects Vetter’s ongoing commitment to meeting the evolving requirements of its clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
