The collaboration combines CellCarta’s contract research organization (CRO) capabilities in translational research and biomarker analysis with Sonic Healthcare’s international diagnostic laboratory network.

The partnership is designed to improve access to standardized testing services across multiple regions, supporting global clinical trials and precision medicine programs. According to the companies, the collaboration will enable broader deployment of biomarker assays and improve coordination across multicenter clinical studies.

From a CRO perspective, the alliance strengthens CellCarta’s operational footprint by integrating access to Sonic Healthcare’s global laboratory infrastructure. This model is intended to support faster sample processing, improved logistical coordination, and more consistent testing workflows for sponsors conducting multinational development programs.
