Nipro PharmaPackaging has announced the launch of its new D2F (Direct-to-Fill) glass vials, featuring Stevanato Group’s EZ-fill® technology. These vials are aimed at meeting the growing demands of the pharmaceutical sector for high-quality, ready-to-use packaging solutions.

The D2F vials are washed, depyrogenated, packaged in nest and tub formats, and sterilised, allowing pharmaceutical companies to integrate them directly into their aseptic fill-finish lines. Developed in collaboration with leading machinery suppliers, the vials are compatible with a wide range of fill-finish equipment, which can help speed up production operations.

One of the key advantages of the D2F vials is their nest and tub design, which prevents glass-to-glass contact during transportation and handling. This feature reduces the risk of breakage and defects, contributing to increased mechanical durability and fewer rejections during inspections.
