Entropy Neurodynamics has entered a strategic manufacturing agreement with BioCina to manufacture its proprietary TRP-8803 formulation, an intravenous-infused psilocin product. The agreement provides Entropy with access to BioCina’s sterile manufacturing infrastructure as the company prepares to advance TRP-8803 into International Phase 2/3 trials.
Under the agreement, BioCina will manufacture active and placebo GMP batches and generate pharmaceutical and stability data required for regulatory submissions in the US, Europe and other major markets. BioCina’s manufacturing infrastructure includes a robotic Cytiva SA25 aseptic-filling line.
Entropy said the manufacturing agreement is intended to support the development and potential global deployment of TRP-8803. The company plans to advance the product across multiple indications and regulatory pathways.
BioCina’s sterile manufacturing operation produces more than 225 million sterile units annually for more than 140 countries, according to Entropy. The partnership gives Entropy access to commercial-scale sterile manufacturing capacity for its IV psilocin formulation.
The agreement marks a manufacturing step for TRP-8803 as Entropy prepares for later-stage clinical development and potential regulatory submissions across multiple markets.
