Renaissance Lakewood has announced the official opening of a new 67,000 sq ft warehouse at its headquarters located at 1215 Paco Way in Lakewood, New Jersey. This warehouse forms part of a broader expansion project, which began in 2020, aiming to enhance the company’s contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) services.
The new facility increases Renaissance’s GMP warehouse footprint and serves as the main hub for client engagement and administrative operations. This addition complements the existing 81,000 sq ft structure, which opened earlier this year. According to Serge Maltais, President & CEO of Renaissance, this expansion marks the culmination of several years of planning and investment, significantly boosting the company’s capacity and operational efficiency.
The expansion also includes advanced technology and equipment upgrades across Renaissance’s facilities, particularly at the newly renovated 1200 Paco Way building. Notable improvements include the installation of a high-speed nasal spray assembly line and a state-of-the-art Quality Control Spray/Particulate Laboratory. These enhancements reflect Renaissance’s commitment to meeting global demand for its broad range of services, including custom manufacturing solutions.
In addition to the new warehouse, the 1220 Paco Way building now houses expanded laboratory facilities. This includes a significantly larger Quality Control lab and upgraded Analytical and Formulation Research & Development areas. The new labs are designed to facilitate more precise and efficient testing, ensuring a safe and compliant operating environment.
Maltais added, “Every single upgrade and investment have been made with one purpose in mind, to ensure a first-class experience for our customers and provide a safe and compliant operating environment so that patients can receive life-saving and life-changing medications.”
