Resilience has announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters from San Diego, California, to Blue Ash, Ohio, alongside an investment in additional sterile manufacturing capacity in the state. The biomanufacturing contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) said the move strengthens its Ohio operations and supports its strategy to expand United States-based pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure.
The new headquarters is located at 10901 Kenwood Road in Blue Ash, a suburb of Cincinnati. The site will serve as a drug product packaging and supply operation spanning more than 450,000 square feet, with capabilities including visual inspection, device assembly, packaging, labeling, and cold storage warehousing. The company said it anticipates adding approximately 200 new jobs at the location.
Resilience also announced investment in a Groninger multi-purpose injectable fill-finish line at its West Chester, Ohio facility. According to the company, the new line will expand manufacturing capacity and provide greater flexibility to support multiple injectable formats, product types, and commercial supply requirements for biopharmaceutical partners.

The Blue Ash headquarters is located near Resilience’s 580,000-square-foot commercially licensed drug product facility in West Chester, Ohio. The company said the combined operations create an integrated regional hub for sterile manufacturing, device assembly, packaging, and supply chain activities. The announcement follows an expansion of the company’s Ohio operations announced in March 2025, including investments in device assembly and packaging capabilities.
