Upperton Appoints Lorna Patrick as Chief Operating Officer

  • Upperton, a UK-based CDMO, appoints Lorna Patrick as Chief Operating Officer to oversee key operational functions.

Upperton, a contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO), has appointed Lorna Patrick as Chief Operating Officer to support its growth strategy. Lorna will lead operational teams across research, development, manufacturing, analytics, and project management functions.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Lorna has held senior roles at Quotient Sciences, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and AstraZeneca. She said, “I am delighted to be joining Upperton at such a pivotal time in their growth strategy.”

The appointment follows Upperton’s expansion into sterile fill/finish capabilities and industry recognition, including a place in the Sunday Times 100 Fastest-Growing Companies.
