Praxis Packaging Acquires ACI to Expand US Contract Packaging Footprint

• Praxis Packaging Solutions has acquired Advanced Concept Innovations (ACI), expanding its reach into the Southeastern United States.

• The deal increases Praxis’ total manufacturing and warehouse footprint to nearly one million square feet.

Praxis Packaging Solutions has acquired Advanced Concept Innovations, LLC (ACI), a contract packaging provider based in Lakeland, Florida. The move expands Praxis’ geographic footprint into the Southeastern United States and broadens its service offering across multiple market segments.

ACI provides contract packaging for medical devices, over-the-counter (OTC) products, consumer goods, and health and beauty products. The company also manufactures NIOSH-approved surgical N95 respirators domestically. Its facilities add more than 160,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space to Praxis’ operations. Combined with a 125,000 square foot expansion in Grand Rapids, Michigan earlier this year, Praxis’ total capacity now approaches one million square feet.
