- The initiative aims to improve efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and compliance across multiple production sites.
Kneat.com, Inc. announced that it has signed a Master Subscription Agreement with one of Europe’s largest contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMO) to digitize equipment validation processes. The agreement supports the CDMO’s broader initiative to modernize validation operations across its global network of production sites.
The CDMO operates more than two dozen production facilities focused on the development, production, packaging, and distribution of therapies for the life sciences industry. As part of the agreement, Kneat’s digital validation platform will be deployed to replace or enhance existing validation processes.
The decision to adopt digital validation tools was driven by increasing workload, the need for improved operational efficiency, and a requirement for greater scalability. The initiative also prioritizes data integrity, compliance, and enhanced traceability, with the aim of strengthening audit readiness and standardization across sites.
“This latest win adds to Kneat’s growing list of top CDMOs and further establishes Kneat as the global standard for digital validation.”
Eddie Ryan, Chief Executive Officer of Kneat
The company stated that its platform is designed to support flexible and scalable manufacturing environments, aligning with the needs of CDMOs and contract manufacturing operations as they continue to adopt digital solutions to manage validation processes more efficiently.
